On October 3, 2007, MGM Grand Resorts unveiled a Hotel & Casino designed to indulge the senses by pampering and rejuvenating vistors seeking an extraordinary experience in Michigan. The MGM Grand Detroit, conveniently located downtown, is the center of entertainment within the city. In the casino, modern decor and a fresh environment bring gaming amenities to a whole new level of luxury. Spacious walkways and plush style grace 90 gaming tables and over 4,000 slot machines. The interiors were designed to ignite the senses and they succeed! More that 33,000 square yards of Innovative's custom woven-axminster carpet is featured throughout the upscale casino gaming areas and 18 floors of guestroom corridors.

Renaissance Providence Hotel

On June 1st 2007 the New Renaissance Providence Hotel opened its' historic doors to the public. Originally constructed as a Masonic Temple in 1926, this Historic Landmark remained vacant for 80 years. The former Temple's symbolic angular architecture allowed Innovative Carpets to showcase its' expertise in Electronic Jacquard Weaving for all the Corridors and Public Areas. Over 6000 sq/yds of Custom Axminster Carpet was manufactured in addition to the various Custom Handtufted Area Rugs for the lobby and Presidential Suite. Innovative Carpets is very proud to have been part of this historic renovation.

Intercontinental Hotel Boston

On November 6, 2006 the new 5 Star Intercontinental Hotel Boston opened it's doors to the public. Innovative Carpets manufactured over 13,000 sq/yds of our Custom Axminster Carpet for the Corridors and all the Public Areas. In addition, our Custom Handtufted Area Rugs grace the Lobby Areas. Innovative Carpets is excited about the impact such a Hotel will make on the Luxury Hotel Market. As stated in Hotel Business Magazine, Intercontinental Executives, feel as if this "424-room property has the ingredients to serve as a flagship hotel for the brand."
